You have 10 days from the day you purchased your item(s) to return. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist with any questions. To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must be damaged free, unwashed, unworn, makeup free, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box undamaged and placed in a second box to protect from further transport damage.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
Please include your packing slip with your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

We do not offer exchanges due to daily inventory changes. You are more than welcome to reorder your item if available; however, store credit will not be issued until returned item(s) is received.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. Store Credit will be issued to the customer’s account. Once your return is received and inspected for acceptable conditions, we will then process your refund as store credit. Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card (no expiration date) and can be used toward any future purchase. Please allow 72 hours for store credit to be processed and emailed to you once undamaged returned items have been received.
If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. We can only refund your purchase back to original payment if item(s) are defective, or damaged. We are a small box store, striving to provide unique and good quality products for our customers. We will offer a refund if the product is damaged or we make a mistake regarding your order, all other returns will be issued as store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged item(s) please email us within three days of the delivery confirmation date for further assistance.
